About Us
Of course we want you to hire Garden State Roofing and Construction, but want you to hire us for all the right reasons. When picking your contractor you should consider a few things other than the price.
Quality- There are many grades of materials that can be used on your project. Each manufacturer has several grades of products. Since each contractor will probably promote a different manufacturer, it is important that you compare each product, how it is made, the warranty, etc. Garden State Roofing and Siding, Inc's unrelenting demand for quality installation has allowed us to receive the highest contractor approval rating by leading manufacturers of roofing and siding products in the United States. We are approved, trained applicators of Versico, Polyglass, Soprema, Johns Mansville, Tamo and GAF. We offer 10-50 year manufacturers warranties.
Insurance- Many contractors can keep your price low because they do not carry insurance. Even though you may be trying to save money, your first priority should be hiring an insured contractor. By hiring an insured contractor, you protect yourself and your home, If damage is done to your home, by the contractor, his insurance company covers it. If the contractor has no insurance, the liability is now yours. As far as workman's compensation goes, if a worker gets hurt on your property, and the contractor is nor insured, the worker can sue you. PROTECT YOURSELF! Ask your contractor to provide you with a certificate of insurance with you as the certificate holder. If the contractor hands you a certificate, this is not acceptable. The certificate must come from the insurance company, sent directly to you.
By hiring an established company, you can be assured that:
